Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges quick and stress-free.

·       When & How: You have 30 days from the shipping date to send items back. They must be unworn/unused and have the original tags and labels. Final sale items are non-refundable.

·       Our Mistake? We’ll Fix It: If we sent the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping.

·       Changed Your Mind? No problem—return shipping is on you. Use any carrier you like, but we recommend insured, trackable shipping. Please email your tracking number to orderdept@campuscustoms.com.

·       Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and may take 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

·       Exchanges: After we receive your exchange, we’ll email you tracking info as soon as your new item is on its way.
